Manny Dias is a Cape Cod native, entrepreneur, musician and artist with a passion for traveling. He has visited Asia, Hong Kong and Japan. He later traveled to Europe and North Africa, where he was inspired to begin his entrepreneurial venture – “Pie in the Sky” – a New England bakery and coffee shop with a European flair. 

Manny love of art began with window displays and advertisements for his bakery shop and continued on to landscape painting. Living on Cape Cod provided him with some of the finest land and seascapes to view and photograph. Manny furthered his artistic ventures, studying Cape Cod landscape art with Diane Lee. He draws inspiration from his own photos,  creating acrylic renderings of lighthouses, boats and seascapes. He has often said that he has seen much of the world, but nothing compares to the beauty of Cape Cod.

In addition to his culinary and artistic skills, Manny has a passion for listening to and playing a wide array of music. He has supported live music on Cape Cod through his open mics and Coffee Houses – bringing together local and regional musicians and inspiring up and coming musicians of all ages. His warm baritone voice is complimented by his rhythmic guitar playing. Presently he plays in an acoustic duo with his wife, Linda Dias. They perform as The Familiars at local venues and donate their music to charitable causes in the Falmouth area. ​
