Private Parties are approximately 2 hours, which includes painting time with 15-20 minutes prior and post party to settle in, socialize and take photos.
All private events include art materials and tools for the party demo painting and step-by-step instruction.
Choose a painting from my paint party gallery or request a custom painting to match your party theme.
Food and beverages may be brought in at the discretion of your venue.
Music can be great inspiration! Pandora is available - allowing you to choose any artist or genre that you like.
I typically use acrylic paints and they WILL stain clothing. It is suggested that you dress appropriately!
Need a studio space to hold your event?: Studio events require a minimum fee of $300 for up to 10 painters. $30 for each additional painter is required. 150.00 deposit reserves your date. Remaining minimum balance $150 (plus any additional painter tickets) 7 days before your event either by registered guests or host. Additional materials fees may apply for specialty classes such as jewelry or wire wrapping.
RESERVATION POLICY: The guest balance is due (paid for) at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. The above pricing is based on you and your guests purchasing your tickets and paying your deposit through Creations of Cape Cod. This allows you to share a link with your guests so they may purchase their own tickets. We offer discounted rates if you would like to pay for the entire party up front by cash/check or credit/debit card. PAID IN FULL DISCOUNT STUDIO RATES (mobile party rates may be lower):
Up to 10 people $280 and $28 per additional painter.
To qualify for the discount parties must be paid in full at least 3 weeks before your event. All cancellation policies apply.
For private parties cancellation notification is required at least 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations can be made by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 508-330-8417. Cancellations are valid after I confirm cancellation via email or phone.
In the event that your party is canceled 10 days or less before your event the $150.00 deposit is non-refundable.
All other ticket purchases paid by you or your guests will be refunded.
There are no refunds for ‘No Shows’.
In the event of weather related cancellations parties may be rescheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
